CCLS was founded by Nathan Conway, an industry leader who has spent decades perfecting BIM coordination, robotic total station layout, and construction project management. Nathan’s journey in construction began in the commercial plumbing industry, where he overcame personal challenges and developed an unmatched work ethic. His deep understanding of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Robotic Total Station technology led him to establish CCLS—a company built on precision, problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence.
From high-rise commercial buildings to complex pharmaceutical facilities, CCLS has successfully provided layout, scanning, and coordination services for a range of high-profile projects across the Southeast.

Nathan’s wife oversees scheduling and invoicing, his father serves as the lead Layout Technician, and two trusted colleagues help maintain smooth operations on-site and in the office.
